One of the most common questions we hear is "How much does it cost to plan a custom trip?" There really is no easy answer to that one. There are a lot of factors to consider. In order to help you get a feel for it, you will find our schedule of fees below:

| Delivery by Federal Express or other courier | from $20 per package |
| Late payments and returned checks | $50 |
| Cancellation fee (in addition to any penalties imposed by suppliers) | $250 |
Please be aware that we use this fee structure as a guideline. How much we actually charge purely depends on how much work we put into planning your journey vs. how much commission we receive from your bike rental, accommodation, etc.
